THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!!
The Great Clue Caper: An Amazing Race 2010 is history, and I have a feeling we'll be talking about it for a long time to come.
We had 50 teams search for clues in Wicomico County yesterday but only 1 team could claim the Big Prize!
CONGRATULATIONS TO TEAM SANDY ELLIOTT! They managed to figure out all the clues, make it back to the party site, solve the last puzzle and get on the mat FIRST! They won $1,000 and chose to donate the extra $1,000 to the charity of their choice: The Wicomico County Humane Society!!!
Check out pictures of the Great Clue Caper here!
Who won the raffle? John Stern won 1st prize of $3,500, Ed Rommel won 2nd prize of $1,000 (which he donated back to the Village of Hope!) and Sandy Elliott (apparently the smartest and luckiest person in Wicomico County!) won 3rd place prize of $500. Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket and for our awesome sales crew including Sisters Mary Joseph and Sister Marilyn!
SAVE THE DATE for next year!!!! Sunday, April 10, 2011!!!!!

What is the Village of Hope?
The Village of Hope, Inc., located in Salisbury, MD, has been helping homeless women and their children for more than 20 years. The Village is not an emergency shelter, but a two-year housing program that allows women to focus on education, employment and parenting in order to end the cycle of homelessness. The Village also runs a community medical clinic that provides care for any adult on the Lower Shore regardless of his or her ability to pay.
